ORDERING GUIDELINES
SHIPPING CHARGES

Orders can be placed by calling us on 01482 640619 or by emailing us at email@lilylolo.co.uk. Orders are processed the same day they are received. We cannot guarantee despatch times in situations beyond our control. Once the order has been processed, any changes will be treated as a new order. If any item is short delivered and has been charged for, Lily Lolo will be more than happy to cover the cost of shipping in sending the goods as soon as possible. Please note items cannot be backordered and need to be re-ordered at the time they become available.

Any discrepancies must be reported within 7 days of receiving your order. Any problems reported after 7 days which are not the fault of Lily Lolo will incur a 20% re-stocking fee. If a return or refund is necessary, this must fall within 2 months of the invoice date. Returns will not be accepted beyond 2 months. It may be necessary for clients to return goods, in which case, reimbursement of return shipping costs will be included in refund/credit (only if the error is on Lily Lolo’s behalf). Errors made by clients when placing their order can be returned if reported within 7 days and products are unopened and in a re-saleable condition. This includes change of mind returns also. Goods must be re-packed carefully for return and the package must include a letter identifying your invoice number, name and contact information as well as why the goods are being returned. Your agreement with Lily Lolo means that you may retail products within your salon/ store. In order to resell online requires the express written consent of Lily Lolo You must not sell through third parties, including price comparison sites, Amazon, EBay etc. You may promote products with special offers but these must always be short term offers, for no longer than one week You may not use the Lily Lolo registered brand name for pay-per-click advertising, sponsored listings or similar. Use of registered brand names as hidden search terms is acceptable; however trademarked terms should not be used within online advertising text. Failure to comply with resale conditions may, in extreme circumstances result in the withdrawal of supply of Lily Lolo.

All orders must be paid for prior to shipping.

We accept all debit cards and major credit cards except Amex and Diners. Bank transfer can be arranged upon request (all bank charges will need to be paid for by the customer).

Individual product prices can be found on our pricelist. All prices are quoted in Pounds Sterling. Prices are also quoted ex VAT. VAT is applied to all orders within UK on taxable items including shipping. Orders outside the EU do not incur VAT; VAT can only be waived within the EU on receipt of the customer’s VAT number. However, there may be import duties and taxes applicable to the destination of shipment that Lily Lolo cannot be responsible for. All prices are quoted ex-works and do not include shipping and transportation costs.

Orders left on a ‘Wait’ status or unconfirmed beyond 1 week will be automatically deleted from our system.

All UK orders are sent by a next day courier service. Non UK Orders are sent by a priority service, and can take 2-4 days. International shipping may require legal documents for export purposes. Please check with your local shipping agent or customs agent.
